ERL is currently seeking a highly motivated IT Helpdesk Support to support and maintain IT System. Our systems are mainly using Microsoft Products. We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented skill and adapt to the fast-paced working environment. These include provide technical troubleshooting, maintaining workstation and network performance troubleshooting.
The challenge of the role is to manage a variety of tasks at once and responding in a timely manner, supporting multiple operating system versions and keep up with a rapidly changing technology.
This role requires an individual who is passionate about technical support, creative problem solving and lateral thinking.
