Customer Service Ambassador

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Ambassador, the person will be responsible for ensuring a positive passengers experience by providing high-quality service and support for our daily operation at the stations.
Provide assistance with sales, ticket redemption and activation, guiding customers through the use of systems or digital platforms and explaining product features, services, and policies clearly to customers.
Act as the face of the company and adhering to brand values. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

We are looking for Malaysian candidates between 19 and 35 years old.
Minimum SPM with credit in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mathematics
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
A genuine passion for helping people.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Ability to work flexible/shift hours, including weekends and public holidays

Training, work uniform, allowances (shift, full attendance and performance-based incentive, if applicable) and public holiday/overtime pay will be provided. Other perks include medical benefits, annual and medical/hospitalisation leave. You will also get free unlimited rides on the KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit trains.

The successful candidates will be offered a 2-year employment contract with the opportunity of being absorbed as permanent staff, subject to performance, at the end of the contract.
