Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Lead the team to enhance their knowledge/skill/competency level via theoretical and practical training.
Develop methodologies to improve performance and enhancement of work processes.
Spare Part Management including localization and sourcing alternative components.
Assist with departmental management matters such as monitoring KPIs and action plans, and dealing with suppliers and contractors.
Review design documents, maintenance plans, test requirements, and technical specifications.
Prepare and present technical reports, project proposals, maintenance flows, technical instructions, and other related documents.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
Must be registered or in the process of registering with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
Ability to read, write, and speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in physical asset management with the ability to demonstrate competencies in work planning and performance measurement.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with condition monitoring methodologies.
Self-motivated, self-disciplined, dependable, innovative, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to produce comprehensive technical reports, procedures, and other related documents.
