ERL Train Services Remain Suspended

Limited Train Services To Be Introduced After Extended Movement Control Order Period Ends

Kuala Lumpur, 23rd April 2020 – Following the announcement made this evening by Prime Minister YAB Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on the extension of the Movement Control Order (MCO) period to 12th May 2020, Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd (ERL) would like to confirm that its train services will remain temporarily suspended until the last day of the MCO period.

As announced previously, ERL will introduce a new schedule once the MCO is lifted to provide vital train services for commuters and air travellers. Measures are currently being put in place to ensure adherence to social distancing by the travelling public once the train services resume. These measures as well as details of the revised train times will be posted on www.KLIAekspres.com and KLIA Ekspres Facebook at least three days before the end of the MCO period.

Information on alternative transport options from each ERL station during the MCO period is available on the website. Passengers can submit any unused tickets for refund through ERL’s Customer Enquiry. For refund enquiries and further assistance, please call our Customer Enquiry at 03-2267 8000 (Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm local time).
