The KLIA Ekspres service resumed on 3 January 2023, much to the delight of air travellers who value the fast, non-stop 28-minute ride to the airport (KLIA2: 33 minutes).

To mark the service resumption that day, lucky passengers received goody bags which contained an ERL premium gift, travel vouchers sponsored by Trip.com and a mandarin orange distributed by ERL management and staff at the KLIA Ekspres Departure Hall. Passengers who just arrived from the airport also got to enjoy a Malaysian favourite, ‘teh tarik’ on their arrival at KL Sentral that day.

To thank and reward loyal customers, ERL will be offering ‘Double Hop-piness Rewards’ for EkspreSmiles members to earn 2X EkspreSmiles Points on selected train tickets purchased online from 3 – 31 January 2023.
