  2. Organisers: This Campaign is hosted by Ecart Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Lazada”) and Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd (“KLIA Ekspres”), where Lazada and KLIA Express shall be collectively referred to as “Organisers”.
  3. Campaign Eligibility & Entry Requirements

    A. Entry Point(s) & Eligibility

    (i) The only entry point for this Campaign is through the designated exclusive Campaign page for “Lazada X KLIA Ekspres” on Lazada’s platform (“Campaign Page”). Any QR codes found on the Organisers’ Advertising Materials will direct participants exclusively to the Campaign Page.

    (ii) Qualifying Purchases: Participants must make purchases exclusively on the Campaign Page provided by the Organisers to be eligible. Purchases made outside the Campaign Page will not qualify for an entry. Cancellations of purchases will result in disqualification of the entry (“Qualifying Entries”).

    B. Ineligibility.
    The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
    i. (i) Lazada or KLIA Express employees directly involved in organizing or promoting this Campaign;
    ii. Persons who are not residing in Malaysia; or
    iii. Any other person to whom it is impracticable or inappropriate for Lazada or KLIA Express to award or send the Prize, as determined at their reasonable discretion.

  5. Selection of Winners

    A. General Rules
    (i) Winners will be selected based on their Qualifying Entries according to the selection criteria stated below.
    (ii) Each participant can only win one (1) Weekly Prize once throughout the Campaign Period.
    (iii) Each participant can only win one (1) Monthly Prize (either the Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, or Special Prize) during the entire Campaign Period.
    (iv) Participants who have won a Weekly Prize are still eligible to win the Monthly Prize.
    (v) Participants who have won a Monthly prize (either the Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, or Third Prize) cannot win another Monthly Prize within the same month.

    Example 1:
    If a participant wins a Weekly Prize, they will still stand a chance to win a Monthly Prize (either the Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, or Special Prize);

    Example 2:
    If a participant wins a Grand Prize, they will no longer be eligible for the First Prize, Second Prize, or Third Prize or vice versa;

    Example 3:
    If a participant wins a Weekly Prize, they will still stand a chance to win the First Prize, Second Prize or Third Prize, or vice versa.

    B. Weekly Prizes

    (i) The 25th Qualifying Entry will be selected as the Weekly Prize winner(s).

    (ii) In accordance with the terms under paragraph 7A herein, if a previously selected winner is found to have won another Weekly Prize earlier, he/she will be excluded from the selection, and the next eligible Qualifying Entry will be chosen.

  6. Announcement of Winners

    Selected winner(s) will be announced on the Campaign Page on the dates specified on paragraph 6 above. In the event the total number of eligible participants is lower than the required number of winners, Lazada reserves the right to adjust the selection process.

  7. Fulfillment of Prizes

    i. Winner(s) must have active, non-delinquent Lazada and KLIA Express account(s) at the time of the Prize announcement. Any non-conforming accounts shall be disqualified.

    ii. Winners will be contacted via email or phone, using the contact details registered with the Organiser(s)’ system respectively.

    iii. Confirmation letters/ emails will be sent within 30 days after the Announcement Period. Prize(s) shall also be fulfilled within 90 days after the Campaign Period.

    iv. In the event that fulfillment cannot be completed within this timeline due to unforeseen circumstances, Lazada reserves the right to extend the fulfillment period and will notify the affected winners accordingly.

    v. Prizes are subject to availability where the Organisers reserve the sole and absolute right to replace them with a similar model or equal value.

    vi. The Organisers shall determine the methods of the Prize distribution and/or collection method which may include, a Prize giving ceremony or any other means deemed reasonable.

    vii. Any costs incurred for the Prize(s) collection remain the sole responsibility of the Winner(s), (including but not limited transportation, accommodation, meals, personal costs and/or any other costs).

    viii. The colors and images of the Prize(s) shown in the Advertising Materials are for illustration purposes only and actual items may vary. (ix) Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items, whether in part or in full.

    ix. The Organisers may, at their sole discretion, allow or disallow any Prize transfers.

    x. Any disputes or non-receipt of the Prize(s) must be reported to the Organiser(s) by 29 May 2025 (“Closing Date”). No claims will be entertained after the Closing Date.

  8. Additional Terms

    By participating, the participants consent to abide by these Terms and the following additional terms:

    i. Acknowledge that all transaction records from the Organiser(s)’ systems are final and conclusive.
    ii. Accept that all decisions by the Organisers regarding the Campaign are final and cannot be appealed.
    iii. Understand that any reversed transactions and cancelled purchases will be excluded from the Campaign.
    iv. Consent to the Organisers sharing their details with third-party service providers for any Campaign-related purposes.
    v. Authorize the Organisers to use their names, photos, and other provided information for any advertising and publicity related to this Campaign without compensation.
    vi. Are responsible for regularly checking the Campaign Page for any updates to these Terms.

  1. KLIA Ekspres ticket is valid for redemption within 7 days of arrival in Kuala Lumpur.
  2. One KLIA Ekspres ticket = One KL Tower Tour redemption ticket.
  3. 20% discount applies to Sky Deck and Observation Deck admission.
  4. Valid for walk-in purchases at the KL Tower ticketing counter only.
  5. Offer exclusively for international travelers.
  6. Promotion runs from 10 February to 31 March 2025.
  7.  Terms and conditions apply.
  1. Offer: The 20% discount is applied to each contactless transaction made directly at the KLIA Ekspres or KLIA Transit gate based on the Standard Single Adult Fare using Bank Islam Card-i (Credit Card-i/Debit Card-i).
  2. Promotion period: From 1 January 2025 until 31 December 2025.
  3. The promotion is applicable on the KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit train services.
  4. The discount is not applicable to other products, fares or packages.
  5. Discount deduction will be made at the point of exit from the station paid area.
  6. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be used with other ongoing promotions, discounts or vouchers.
  7. The discount is not applicable to other payment channels such as the KLIA Ekspres website, self-service kiosk or ticket counter.
  8. The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
  9. No refund is allowed once the transaction is done.
  10. Bank Islam and Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd (ERL) reserve the rights to amend, cancel, terminate, or suspend the promotion by providing sufficient notice not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the date of amendment, cancellation, termination or suspension. The mode of notification could be in writing, via electronic means or display of notices at Bank Islam’s branches and websites, and ERL’s stations, social media and website. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the promotion shall not entitle the Cardmembers who participate in this promotion to any claim or compensation against Bank Islam and/or ERL for any losses or damages whatsoever suffered or incurred as a direct and indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  11. By participating in this promotion, Bank Islam Cardmembers agree to abide by the promotion terms and conditions as prescribed and/or amended by ERL and/or Bank Islam from time to time.
  12. ERL is the sole provider of all train services and ticket fares under this promotion. The ticketing is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and also to the terms and conditions specified in ERL’s Conditions of Carriage. A copy of ERL’s Conditions of Carriage is available at its ticket counters and on its website www.KLIAekspres.com. By participating in this promotion, Cardmembers agree to abide by ERL’s prevailing ticket fares and Conditions of Carriage.
  13. In case of any dispute, the decision of ERL and Bank Islam is final.
  14. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in relation to the promotion or these terms and conditions.

  2. The Terms and Conditions herein contained are in addition to and without prejudice to the Product / Facility terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail with regards to this Campaign / Promotion.
