 7 - What is the travel period for a round trip ERL x KTMB bundle ticket?

• The round-trip travel period is within 30 days from the date of the outbound journey.

8 - What is the validity period of ERL tickets?

• ERL tickets can be used within 30 days from the selected travel date.

9 - What are the conditions for refunding ERL tickets

• No refund or exchange will be given for unused trips
• No revalidation for expired tickets

10- How to use ERL tickets

• The ticket is only valid for travel on the specified train service (KLIA Ekspres or KLIA Transit) stated on the e-ticket. Simply scan the QR code printed on your e-ticket at the barrier gate and scan the same QR code to exit the station. Please refer to ERL website for ERL services Terms & Conditions and Conditions of Carriage.

11- What are the passenger categories for KTMB tickets

• Adult: 13 years and above
• Child: 4 to 12 years
• Free for children under 4 years old. No seat provided.

12- What is the schedule for KTMB trains?

• The departure and arrival times of KTMB trains are subject to ETS and KTM Intercity service schedules. Please refer to the KTMB website or KTMB ticket counters.

 
13- How to use KTMB tickets

• Scan the QR code available on KTMB ticket at the departure and arrival stations. Subject to KTMB terms and conditions. Please refer to the KTMB website or KTMB ticket counters for KTMB services Terms and Conditions.

14 - What are the conditions for canceling ERL x KTMB bundle tickets

•  Ticket cancellation is only allowed for KTMB tickets according to KTMB terms and conditions. ERL tickets that have been purchased cannot be canceled.

 15- Can I combine ERL x KTMB bundle tickets with other promotions or discounts?

• This package is not valid together with other ongoing promotions or discounts, unless otherwise specified.

 16- I am an EkspreSmiles member. Can I collect EkspreSmiles points from ERL x KTMB bundle tickets?

• EkspreSmiles points are not available to be redeemed or collected from this package.
