  • Buy your KLIA Ekspres Return Trip + GoCar Package online through KLIA Ekspres app or website.
  • Receive your train ticket and Promo Code.
  • When you are ready to use the GoCar’s service, turn on your GoCar app.
  • IMPORTANT Please ensure you have already downloaded the GoCar app and your account is active. GoCar booking must be made at least 12 hours before your selected travel date and time.
  • Select your travel date, time, and preferred GoCar locations in the app.
  • Key in your Promo Code in the “Apply Promo Code” column under the payment details section.
  • Add your credit/debit card details as your payment method or click on GoPocket Points to make your payment.
  • Click on “Confirm” to complete your booking.
  • Download the GoCar app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to register as a GoCar member.
  • You would need to have a valid Driver’s license, credit/debit card, and Malaysian/International phone number.
  • Upload a clear front photo of your driving license and identification card (NRIC). Please ensure the photo shows the details on your license and NRIC. For non-Malaysians, please upload a clear front photo of your International Driving Permit and passport.
  • Take a selfie of you holding your NRIC or driving license. For non-Malaysians, please take a selfie of you holding your International Driving Permit or the front page (with personal details) of your passport.
  • You will receive an account verification email within 12 to 24 hours. There will also be a one-time lifetime membership fee of RM10 charged when you make your first booking.
  • The Promo Code is capped at RM50.
  • The Promo Code is valid on GoCar service only.
  • The Promo Code can be used for a GoCar booking from KL Sentral Station only.
  • The Promo Code can be used to make your GoCar booking in advance, provided the travel date is within the 1 month validity period.
  • You can only use the Promo Code once. No date change, refund or revalidation is allowed. A cancelled GoCar booking nullifies the Promo Code.
  1. Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd (ERL) is the sole provider of all train services, promotional fares and packages. The ticketing is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and also to the terms and conditions specified in ERL’s Conditions of Carriage.
  2. The GoCar Promo Code is issued by GoCar Malaysia, ERL’s on-demand car sharing partner and its usage is subject to their terms and conditions.
  3. ERL and GoCar Malaysia reserve the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this package/promotion at any time without giving any prior notice to the customers and the customers agree to be bound by those changes.
  4. ERL and GoCar Malaysia shall not be liable for any claims by the customers or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this package/promotion.
