Call Centre Assistant
  • Responsible of the Customer Enquiry and the management of feedback (as defined in the Customer Feedback Procedure) including providing timely response, maintaining proper records and doing the necessary follow up.
  • Responsible for compilation of records and to prepare summary report of feedback on monthly basis to Head of Management.
  • Responsible of the administration for the back-office printing for pre-sold tickets and any requests on ad-hoc basis.
  • To project the good image of the company and to oversee the running of front office / reception area.  This also includes handling telephone calls, welcoming guest, receiving documents and ensuring their proper distribution and to perform administrative and clerical function.
  • Assisting the Head of Management in the overall administration of Customer Service Management Unit, and to provide marketing support to the various Marketing & Sales sections.
  • Minimum Diploma holder in any related fields
  • Age between 23 – 30 years old
  • Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to communicate in other languages will be an added advantage.
  • Possess basic customer service skills especially in persuasive communication.
  • Pleasant and well groomed.


General Expectation:

  • Be a team player and give full co-operation to the Head of Management in achieving the company 's objectives.
  • Maintain proper personal grooming and project positive disposition to uphold the corporate image.
  • Support the Management and observe all the company’s policies, rules, regulations, guidelines, etc at all times.
