Running normal services


  • Lead the team to enhance their knowledge/skill/competency level via theoretical and practical training.
  • Develop methodologies to improve performance and enhancement of work processes.
  • Spare Part Management including localization and sourcing alternative components.
  • Assist with departmental management matters such as monitoring KPIs and action plans, and dealing with suppliers and contractors.
  • Review design documents, maintenance plans, test requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, project proposals, maintenance flows, technical instructions, and other related documents.
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
  • Must be registered or in the process of registering with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in physical asset management with the ability to demonstrate competencies in work planning and performance measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with condition monitoring methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, dependable, innovative, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to produce comprehensive technical reports, procedures, and other related documents.
