Location: Air-Rail Complex, Salak Tinggi
• Responsible in the areas of Payroll & Compensation & Benefit, and other related HRD activities in meeting the overall corporate objectives.
• Actively participate in the development, interpretation, application and implementation of Human Resource procedures and activities.
• Degree / Diploma in Human Resource or related field from a recognized university.
• Between 4 – 10 years working experience with at least 3 years in Payroll & Compensation & Benefit
• HR Generalist is encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees.
• Able to manage and balance multiple priorities and competing work demands and occasionally work beyond working hours.
• Able to adapt and receptive to a new environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, creative, goal-orientated and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Experienced in SAP HR is an added advantage
• Familiar with C&B procedures and implementation
• Familiar with Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 will give an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
• Good in revising procedures and ensure on the implementation/ compliance
