The development, implementation, management and monitoring/reporting of 3.1. partnership initiatives with B2B partners, 3.2. promotions and joint marketing activities, 3.3. annual business plan, sales plan and budget.
Understand the air-rail intermodality business and its environment which includes the analysis of its impact on the Company and its competitors.
Identify, develop and manage partnerships with B2B partners for the purpose of expanding ERL’s distribution channels, increasing awareness of the company’s products, growing its customer base and revenue from the partner segment.
Develop sales strategies programmes for both short term, long term and ad-hoc implementation and monitor its effectiveness.
Determine budgetary requirements and to work within these in order to achieve the Company’s goal and objectives.
Analyse present and new business in order to give priority to the most profitable market segments.
Promote and sell ERL’s product and services in accordance with the given sales targets and ensure revenue growth through all distribution channels.
Establish and maintain strong rapport with relevant contacts in the Partner Segment Understand and gather partner’s requirement/problem statements and offer complete and cost effective solution.
Prepare presentation decks, cost benefit analysis and engage relevant teams to develop value-based proposal for customers and partners.
To prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales forecasts and effectiveness reports and budgets
Ensure the billing of partners is in accordance with set procedures and the collection of payments is in a timely manner.
Compile and provide regular reports/updates to the Head of Management including conducting data and competitor analysis, identifying causes/gaps/opportunities and making recommendations to the management where required to ensure ERL product positioning remains relevant.
Maintain relationship with partners by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities recommending profit and service improvements
