Senior Executive, Partnerships & Promotions

Responsibilities

Partnership Management: Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with B2C partners like payment providers, banks, e-commerce, and travel businesses to boost awareness, expand the customer base, and increase revenue. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, devising marketing strategies, integrating systems, and monitoring and reporting outcomes.
Marketing and Promotion: This responsibility encompasses identifying, developing and executing promotions, packages and joint marketing campaigns. The aim is to raise awareness, attract more customers and boost sales.
Reporting and Analysis: This duty involves creating and delivering periodic reports and updates to the Head of Management. It includes analysing data, identifying reasons for performances gaps or opportunities and making recommendations to ensure the company’s partnership strategy and product positioning stay relevant.
Budget and Planning Support: This role involves assisting in the development of the annual business and marketing plan as well as the expenditure budge. It also includes monitoring and managing budget spending.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

A minimum 7 years’ experience in strategic partnership development, integrated marketing and B2B/B2C e-commerce
Knowledge of digital marketing, loyalty programs, online payment solutions and airline e-commerce (preferred)
Experience in a marketing communication/advertising agency is an added advantage
Strong negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and oral
A degree in Marketing, IT, Business Studies, Business and ICT or related field.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Some technical skills including CMS and Google Analytics will be highly regarded.
