This year, KLIA Transit is proud to represent Team Putrajaya and be one of the seven starting stations for Keretapi Sarong 2023. It was an overwhelming sight at Putrajaya & Cyberjaya Station as well as KLIA Ekspres Arrival Hall at KL Sentral on the morning of Malaysia Day. Throngs of people from all walks of life, young and old, beautifully decked in traditional attires with one common clothing – the sarong!

The main objective of Keretapi Sarong is to see Malaysians in ethnic attire travelling on public transport while promoting the traditional sarongs on Malaysia Day. This marks the second year ERL participated in Keretapi Sarong which is organised by LOCCO, a non-profit organisation. More than 10,000 participants were said to join this year’s flash mob event.
