Q: What is the Customer e-Invoicing Portal?

A: The Customer e-Invoicing Portal is a self-service portal for passenger to request for e-Invoice after purchasing the KLIA Ekspres train tickets or parking payment at the Salak Tinggi Park & Ride. This online platform allows businesses to generate, manage, and track electronic invoices in compliance with LHDN regulatory standards.

Q: What should I do if I did not receive my e-Invoice within 24 hours after submitted?

A: You will receive your e-Invoice 72-hours after submission. 

Q: How can I track my e-Invoice status after submitted?

A: You can track the status of your e-Invoice by accessing https://einvoice.kliaekspres.com/ On the upper right there is one function ""Search Tracking No."" Enter your tracking number and then click on the search icon. You will able to view the current status of e-invoice, such as 'New', 'In Progress', 'Error', 'Completed' or 'Cancelled'.

Q: What should I do if I forget my tracking number?

A: If you forget your tracking number, you may email to CustomerEnquiry@KLIAekspres.com or contact 603-2267 8000 for further assistance.

Q: Am I allowed to cancel or modify an e-Invoice after I have submitted to LHDN for validation? 

A: Once your e-Invoice is submitted, you are not allowed to make any modifications or cancellations due to regulatory restrictions.

Q: What should I do if I encounter an error while I submit the e-Invoice request using Customer e-Invoicing Portal?

A: If you encounter an error, please contact Customer Enquiry for assistance.   

 Q: How can I generate e-Invoice for my ticket purchase or parking at Salak Tinggi Park & Ride? 

A: Visit our Customer e-Invoicing Portal at https://einvoice.kliaekspres.com/  

Q: Will ERL store my personal particulars inside its server?

A: No, customer details are deleted immediately from the system after the e-Invoice is successfully submitted to LHDN, in line with ERL's policy and the Data Protection Act 2010.   

Q: How soon will I get my e-Invoice from ERL after filling up the details? 

A: You will get the e-Invoice after 3 working days.

Q: Can I edit e-Invoice on MyInvois Portal after LHDN validates the e-Invoice?

A: No, e-Invoice cannot be edited after validation by LHDN. 

Q: Can I still cancel e-Invoice after the 72-hours timeframe?

A: Once your e-Invoice is submitted, you are not allowed to make cancellations due to regulatory restrictions. 

 Q: Can I combine a few receipts into a single e-Invoice?

A: No, multiple receipts cannot be combined into a single e-Invoice. 

Q: I am a non-Malaysian (foreigner). How do I request for e-Invoice?

A: A non-Malaysian (foreigner) can request for e-Invoice by visiting https://einvoice.kliaekspres.com/ . A non-Malaysian must enter their passport number for individual buyers or for business buyers, they must enter a Business Registration Number.

Q: When is the last day to request for e-Invoice after purchasing a ticket or parking payment? 

A: The e-Invoice will be generated after 72-hours of the purchase date. The last day to request is the 4th of the following month from the date of purchase.  

Q: If I purchase train tickets via third party e-commerce website, self-service kiosk or contactless at the gate and parking at Salak Tinggi Park & Ride, will I be able to request an e-Invoice? 

Answer: 

  • For purchases made via third party e-commerce, please apply the e-Invoice via respective e-commerce vendor.
  • For tickets purchased via our website, mobile app, self-service kiosks or using contactless payment at the gate, you can request an e-Invoice through our e-Invoice portal.
  • For Salak Tinggi Park & Ride, you can request e-Invoice through our e-Invoice portal"

 Q: What happens to the e-Invoice if I request for refund? 

A: For refund request, you will receive a refund note.
